And there’s likely people in every single bar I go into with more refined palates than I have. My true love in the industry is spirits production…which I probably know more about than like 95-99% of the general population.

The only thing I find annoying are “pony tail guy” with massive opinions on “terrior” or distillation technique that’s never manned a still for a shift or worked a few days in a production distillery.
