When they have those bogus days, they like to do virtual. I think today and tomorrow are due to some issue with their specific school.
Heaven forbid turning a partial day into a full day to make up for snow days they are ignoring.

I am hanging with my granddaughters, who have three days of it this week. First grader had an hour and a half for lunch, and then stopped after 20 more minutes.
Fourth grader ended a half-hour early because she finished her assignment. Maybe you could have taught some more???
The fourth grader was “learning” about the American Revolution. Maybe we can discuss what was in class content. Let me tell you about causes of the revolution. Oh, grandpa, please no.
Every time I see how this works, it’s annoying.
I am glad these two are very bright and will get by.
