It also allows me to do some wrist curls using the leg attachments. Something I kind of made up myself. Not certain how helpful they are but they leave my forearms burning. *shrug*

I have both 20 and 25 pound dumbbells but I almost always use the 20 pounders. I can work out longer and get cleaner reps. Just mix in a little of the 25 pounds to push myself some.
