 Previous Message  Previous Message A presidential executive order on elections would have no standing. Just read the clear language of Article 1, Section 4. Congress can do all kinds of things; he cannot. If anybody here disagrees, I’d like to hear your legal argument why he wouldn’t get knocked down immediately in any court. If Americans want national voter ID, it will have to come from Congress, or one state legislature at a time.
