Previous Message

Pulled into a gasoline station parking lot that does not have many parking spots to being with. One of the spots on the end of row was at least half way covered in a mound of snow and ice making it unusable (at least for most vehicles). So I parked up against the mound of snow and ice which admittedly had me straddling the yellow line. But again, the parking spot to my left was unusable. So no harm, right?

As I come of the station and start to enter my car, some guy pulls up behind me and starts chirping, accusing me of being rude for taking up two parking spots. I was kind of caught off guard at first, almost thinking the guy was kidding. When I realized he wasn't, I looked down at the mound of snow and ice and then back up at him and said something to the effect of, "What the hell are you talking about? No one can park there." Didn't work, He continued to scold and lecture me. So I just turned my back to him, gave him a wave and got into my car. Thinking that if he refused to drive off and let me back out, then there was going to be a problem. But the officious little twit drove off as soon as my door was closed.
