to an extent- we always had Italian and Puerto Rican neighborhoods where you’d hear foreign languages. But government was all in English, most factories and companies operated in English, taxes and police and schools were in English, so most adapted. I’d guess in MN many Somalis are adapting.

For me, the Sharia law part is most concerning. Fraud can be dealt with if you want. Someone thinking you should kill a convert, not as easily.
