house operated by Deloitte approves each deal. Grok tells me at one point they had approved 6000 deals and rejected 350, so rejections can happen- mostly booster/collective deals as opposed to actual business and philanthropic entities.

Except for the non-revenue sports without large donors. Is this a correct interpretation: schools are theoretically limited in what they can spend on NIL from their own funds. However, third-party pools are essentially unlimited in total size and in amounts per individual.
