an antitrust case brought by the Regents of Oklahoma University and ever since that day the NCAA has been under constant attack by plaintiff lawyers trying to break every single restriction the NCAA has ever created. Inclusion of the non P4 conferences in the CFB Playoff is specifically to stave off an antitrust claim from some school like Boise State or UCF when they finish 14th in the poll and are mad that they didn't get into the playoff.
