be acquired by Mag 7 with stellar tech distribution or possibly Disney. They are in no-man's land and it is not sustainable as linear TV dies. My son is in WBD at 8 bucks a share so he was over the moon when he saw the deal announced on Squawk this morning. Or two services bundled at a nice discount? It would seem to me that people want fewer streaming services, arguing for one. But at what price point?
If they were two services indefinitely, and you were the big boss, how would you distinguish them going forward for investment and priorities?
Maybe Amazon's acquisition of MGM could serve as a model.
