yoyo was a big tim walz guy. if anyone was less impressive than harris, it was walz. prior to walz being tapped as vp, a lot of speculation was it was to be some shapiro guy out of PA. yoyo was advocating walz should be the pick, and in support of that said something to the effect of the guy was "a historically great communicator." i had never heard of walz to that point, so i just put that nugget in my pocket. when walz was announced i saw clips of him, and at first (and second and third) glance, saw what could only be described as "a doofus". i actually doubled back to yoyo's post at that time to ensure i had read it correctly.
