I agree with your sentiments BOS. OK, we need subs to replace injured players, but rarely a full bench worth gets injured, so we also need players that can change the game and add something better than what’s on the pitch. Surely Mellon could see we were rubbish, so why didn’t he change things? Pointless leaving a bench full of players when we were getting battered by a better team - unless he realised that he’d picked a bench full of defenders & midfielders that were even worse than the ones on the pitch?
