I understand that for City to be kicked out of the premier league 15 clubs would have to vote for it.We all know that's not going to happen.
The only way they get relegated is with a huge points deduction and they will only be in the championship for one year.
One suggestion i heard was to give them a significant points deduction, say 30 points, for the next 9 years which will prevent them winning the league or qualifying for Europe.
In addition some sort of transfer embargo.
I suspect the premier league will bottle it though.
