Has a football ground been hit with a bomb threat or bomb since?
The whole world is in a constant panic mode. You've more chance of getting killed by slipping on the path up to the RRE from the car park, on a frosty day than getting blown up.
Surely less space to evacute into reduce your chance of escape! Who thinks this crap up?
