They are out there my friend ..but you have to have the scouts ..watching Saturday/ Sunday mornings ..Shearer was at Southampton , Sherringham at Millwall ..Vardy was non league ..none came from this academy route ..young lads who wanted to better themselves ..throw em in ..our academy lads haven’t played a league game and they are 22 !!! Can’t understand it
