Absolutely BE but perhaps Mellon has spent his budget on players that can feed our already existing strikers with class balls that we didn't have last year.
Also most of his signings know where the back of the net is so hopefully we will see a lot more players scoring for us.
I'm sure he scanned the market and maybe they all cost too much pal
