Yes surely City Liverpool or Everton must have kids but I don't think it's that easy they all want paying for their players as well as matching wages.
Like I said before these clubs are happy for their kids to rot in the reserves.
1 in 50 probably gets too be in the first team it's a shame these kids should be playing football and learning their trade whilst they are young.
