I know a few under 21s at Chelsea are on 125k a week already same with United and city. I was reading the average is 20k a week. And the ones they let go out on loan are either 1st year or 2nd year scholarship contracts so are on a much lower wage to gain first team experience the other loans are to bigger clubs who can afford the wage.
