If you went to the friendlies you would already be aware that we won’t be playing hoof ball this season.

In the two games I attended we played it on the deck 90% of the time and passed the ball very well indeed.

As for strikers there ain’t too many about, especially in our price range that will guarantee you 20 goals a season.

I’m really quite optimistic for the coming season!

We’ve got several players capable of chipping in with goals ie. Fondop, Drummond, Kavanagh, GSM and one or two others and I think it’s much better than relying on one player to score your goals as we found out with the injury to Mellon!
