If M.M. has been watching the World Cup - he should be giddy at the thought of signing some new talent full of guile and promise. But I guess he has a "System" written in blood that he implements each pre-season but also with research gathered within the last couple of seasons, identifying possible targets within his budget remit. Sadly MM seems to "Miss the Boat" though when it comes to signing top notch targets. He needs to improve by at least 50% on each season foregone but that's not happening.
