With respect Mr Chairman, we are not talking about the MLS or even lower league teams in the FA Cup. This competition is supposed to be the cream of World football and only the best teams should be there. Plucky outsiders pulling off the occasional win (almost absent in this WC) does not justify having teams like Canada and South Africa in it. If I want to watch sh*te football I can go to BP every week. I don’t expect that standard in a World Cup match as I witnessed last night.
