Well obviously it is close.
One good World Cup tournament (having been sent off in 1982 against Italy), in 1986 where he was quiet in first round of matches, beat us on his own by various methods and then his best ever performance in semi against Belgium where he was fantastic. Man marked out of final but thety still won.
Very good in 1990 in a poor team but did nothing in the final then booted out for being coked off his head in 1994.
