A big majority of the revenue generated by the Costa region is being swallowed up by Orihuela city, hence why there is so much opposition and angst being aimed at them. Refuse is a severe problem created by the city higherarchy along with many others, it would seem that you do not understand how the system is being abused, to be concise the Costa generates the monies and the city benefits from it at the expense of the Costa, I live in Mil Palmeras which is governed by Pilar de la Horadada / Murcia Costa Calida
