Last year Mrs Bob and I travelled on the 350 from Uppermill and without exception each pupil from Saddleworth School thanked the driver when they got off the bus. This is either parents, school or both but as the Chairman says it’s the surprise in us that is noticeable. Also, it looks like Latics have given up their seat for someone more deserving but it’s been a good joyride and here’s hoping for next season.
