Mr Chairman, MK Dons had obviously singled Mikey out as a threat before the game because throughout he had two men marking him, one in front and one behind. It was remiss of the referee to continually turn a blind eye to it, especially as Mikey kept remonstrating with him about his treatment. However, he had the last laugh.
