I'm surprised that nobody mentioned the referee! He's the usual one to blame for many of our failings. I think the referee yesterday was very poor and that type of refereeing is leading to a distinct acceptance that it's okay to give the opponent a bear hug while waiting for a corner or free kick to be taken. Poor Mikey was constantly dragged to the floor every time he went for a ball and the referee allowed it to happen. He's already coping with his sore hand and doesn't need other distractions to stop him playing his game. It's a slippery slope from here if this sort of stuff is not taken to task. I blame the Premier League for condoning this sort of stuff to happen.
