Me or almost anyone on this message board at the end of the first week in Feb.wether MM should be offered a two year deal I think the answer would have been no thanks.
We had just come off a run of three consecutive defeats conceding three goals in each of those games.
We then got a draw in the next game and have not looked back since.
Now I think hardly anyone would argue with the deal.
Looking through the divisions at other experienced managers making pigs ears of various jobs it is looking like MM is a good fit for us.
I don't suppose for a minute that he reads this message board but just in case I will offer three quarters of an apology for slagging him off on a regular basis.
It would have been a full apology but can't really forgive him for some mind numbing displays.
