Alas no. Our original plan was to buy a 'static' at a village called La Mole near Port Grimaud. It was a site that had private and company vans on it. There's a little water park there, unfortunately, one summer a mother was on the waterslide, and left her young kid at the pool at the bottom. The kid fell in the pool and was sucked into the pumping system that took water back to the top, and drowned. It's an awful story. Nobody knew where the kid was. Anyway. The long and short was the owner got done for corporate manslaughter and part of the deal that kept him out of jail was he had to sell or give up ownership of the site. So a French holiday company aquired it. No private owners! The story is on the 'net somewhere. The site is called Pachacaid.
