Agree absolutely!……One of my first visits to BP was Boxing Day 1962 against Southport (11 v 0) with 3” of snow on the pitch and everywhere else too!

I also went to an FA Cup 3rd round away tie against Stoke. The pitch was absolutely treacherous and snowbound but to my surprise they kicked off. It was a lottery which was abandoned at HT and we subsequently won the replay 1 v 0!🤭

Very different today!🤔
