No idea but it would definitely be a consideration of a game going ahead or not. You could have a foot of snow around the stadium yet the pitch with under soil heating could be perfect….it doesn’t necessarily mean the game goes ahead.
The initial cost of fitting U/S heating along with the running costs would be significant and I don’t think it would be a financially realistic option at our level for the sake of avoiding a couple of match postponements a season!
