Well I hope you’re right Pedders, nobody on here wants the boys to lose. You may be missing the point though, that was a good win against a team on top of a very average league. It’s the style of play that upsets a few of us and last nights win only goes to prove our point that if we play a passing game we have more chance of winning.
I didn’t see the game but going of what I’ve read and heard it seems we played well.
Incidentally, I thought Garner’s goal was a real gem, classic movement and placed his header on target. He is a very good header of a ball for his size. As regards their goal I thought Hudson might have done a little bit better but their lad didn’t half leather the ball, it was still rising when it went past Hudson.
Looking forward to the Chesterfield game, hopefully we will back up that win with more of the same and we don’t shoot ourselves in the foot as often happens after a good win.💙
