Woods had a very good game. He’s a defensive player, doesn’t give the ball away too often and does the simple things very well.
I think he’s probably our best defensive midfielder at the club and we definitely miss him when he’s not in there. The only problem is that Pett & Payne don’t compliment him and he needs at least one if not two attacking midfielders alongside him.
