Cass, I totally understand where you’re coming from. I managed to get an appointment at the doctors after two weeks of trying. I am now just about to finish a week of antibiotics. It’s been as bad as any flu I’ve ever had. Now, like your wife mine has it too.
I wasn’t kidding when I said I had to turn round the other Saturday and go back to bed.
I take my last antibiotic tomorrow but I’ve been sneezing again this morning.
The hospitals are overwhelmed with patients too, and apparently the flu season has started a month early so it’s not looking great. I’m getting an injection next week and would advise everyone to have it.
You may need antibiotics too if you haven’t already got them.
