I guess we will disagree. The PL is inflationary to the EFL. Once clubs learn to cut their cloth according to their assets ( crowd, ground, manager and youth set up ) players wages will fall into line. The fare on offer might well decline, I get that. You can transition to a separation over several years. But the way, clubs don’t go bust they go into administration and in most cases, sensible folk take over. Fans stay loyal in every case I’ve ever seen. Get shut of them is my vote. We don’t need them.
