It’s not a binary choice Chairman. He has a contract and he achieved the target of promotion. He's with us for another year. I choose not to argue with inevitabilities that can’t be changed by debate. Better for me to accept them. I only hope Mellon has accepted now that the change of style ( there has been ) has to continue.
