He has become a major part of the Club in that he gels with the Players, Management and his own Staff. It has taken a while for things to blossom. If he were to leave his replacement would have to start from scratch in a higher League. Mellon has already stated how things stand for next Season, so he is going nowhere and has a lot of things to do before the new Season commences. His clear out and new signings have to follow the EFL Rules.
