
I don't know the seller, but I can tell you that I have shipped pens overseas that were never received. The customer gets mad, but I cannot afford to send a replacement pen. You should write the seller that you do not hold him/her liable for any loss or damage in transit and I am sure they will agree to sell you the pen.
