Read the breathless braggadocio of Alan Rode in the descriptions of the twelve films that will play from May 7-10 here:

For those who wish to bypass that pleasure, here are the times & titles

Friday 5/8 (10:00, 1:00, 4:00, 7:30)
HELL DRIVERS (1957/UK), GUNN (1967), CITY GIRL (1938), BONNIE & CLYDE (1967)*
Saturday 5/9 (10:00, 1:00, 4:00, 7:30)
MANHANDLED (1949), I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE (1943), THE MOB (1951), THE DAMNED DON'T CRY (1950)*

*Films preceded by book signings
One of the stronger collisions in the festival's history--albeit still plagued by a peculiar form of tin-eared tonality with respect to sequencing--there is much to enjoy here just as long as one manages to escape the "whiplash effect" that is still a feature and a bug of Alan's "flood the waterfront" approach.
Kudos are in order for the inclusion of the two Brit-noirs, and for the strong choice of closing film.
