I have mixed feelings about Tarantino too. The movies are always interesting, but I haven’t found one to be completely persuasive since Jackie Brown, which I concur in your praise of. As good a writer as QT can be, notice that Jackie Brown represents him working with someone else’s source material (the only time he has done that).

I am an easy touch for someone throwing out clues to an identity without naming the person, so as soon as I read the Deadline interview, I was going to follow up. 🙂
