Yup.

Too many people think they are above the rules. They apparently forgot Rule #1.

If I obeyed the law, whilst watching my grass turn to straw, and garden turn to dust while my neighbor lavishly watered his front yard, yup, I'd call. 'Long as the call begat a visit from the local jean-de-arms or water department, to verify the infraction and I didn't have to testify, I'd do it.

It's one thing to turn in a scoff law. It's whole other thing, entire to have to live next to them.
