We are pleased to announce that our beloved guard, Mr. Asa Breeney has accepted our gracious offer to continue his employment at the bank. We look forward to a long and happy extension to his working years, such as they are.

Our board of directors met this morning and the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman Mr. Mortimor H. Beasley III has just announced the appointment of two new members to the board of directors necessary to fill recently vacated postions. Mr. Bernard "Barney" Fife and Mr. Regis "Regis" have been appointed to serve on the board along with Mr. Beasley. The three will make up the entire board of directors who are ultimately responsible for all bank decisions with input from bank president Meldrin.
