    I wouldn’t absolutely swear to this but further to my comment about him being impossible to deal with I think I might be right in saying that there were other parties interested in buying the club but Kohler would only do it on his (totally unreasonable) terms. I think that was why the winding up order was put in - it was the only way they could get rid of him.
