There is debt and there is debt
These numbers are a bit arbitrary but if the debt is under, say, £10 million then that's probably ok and easily serviceable depending on the terms of any loan. Anything from that to £20 million and it's still probably ok but worth monitoring closely. Anything above that is a concern. Anything above £50 million is dangerous unless we're in the Prem, which won't be happening any time soon
In the interests of the cornerstone of transparency, it'd be interesting to know what the projected debt is going to be or what the forecast costs are. I don't see any commercial sensitivities being broken if that (approx) figure is revealed. Contracts have already been doled out. I assume. If that isn't the case then that changes things
