Would you not agree - given the sale of Newlands, a PL windfall, parachute payments and dropping two divisions - that awarding yourself £7m over 5yrs (including a 6 figure award when the begging bowl was out) - that this is a massive failure?
Did you also know that between him and Mike Moran they will hold 25% of the new stadium (the so called ‘A’ shares)? Do you sometimes wonder if GS actually has any incentive to finish the stadium at all ??
Seriously - do you not smell any rat at all in all this? Or is it all sweetness and light?
I’ll add - I have no problem with the 2020 investors. What I have a problem with is a CEO who has failed to deliver on multiple issues whilst being awarded a kings ransom in remuneration. It really is that straightforward.
