Agreed, inexcusable failure. For the 2nd season in a row. However not making the playoffs won't be down to tomorrow, its down to the shit show of a season as a whole. From the recruitment (Palmer aside) to the awful performances both as a team and as individuals.
Sweet and the board said play-offs as a minimum is the bar set of the season. And with our finances we should be top 2 really.
Wilshere has started to get a tune out of this lot, however he made lots of mistakes early in his tenure, so the recent good form may prove to be too little too late.
