    No offence but your last sentence is only an issue if you want it to be. It doesn't have to be an issue. I like Jesus though, but more as an allegory than an actual literally true figure and everything else that he did/experienced being literally true as well. A lot of religions share very similar stories and there's also a lot of evidence to suggest the stories are actually meant as allegories for astronomy and Sun worship.
