Haven't kept up with latest re ambulances, but I'm inclined to see Iran's hand in that.

Alarming as Hatzola regularly park up reasonably nearby, and one of the main Manchester hospitals is even nearer!

The thing about opinions becoming more strident, and extreme, is that feelings have been running so much higher of late, for obvious reasons, and every word is leapt upon.

I was actually quite disappointed with the words of some leading rabbis after the synagogue attack, especially given the extremely local nature of the psycho involved. At the same time, very encouraged by articles from some lovely local Jewish people about how well Muslim, Jewish and Christian communities harmonise around here and have done for generations.

The figures I've seen suggest 65% of UK Jews identifying as Zionist, 10-12 as Anti Zionist.

I'd guess 99%+ actually just want a quiet life - be that Jew, Muslim, Christian, Hindu or no religion at all!
