That's cute.
They could also just ask the 'club' important questions without having to be guided by the emails they clearly ignore.
The feelings of the fanbase are there for all to see throughout social media. The heritage stuff being a prime example.

Yeah but 'we're volunteering' is admirable. But when you're clearly not doing what you signed up for/lying, why are you doing it?
