I was at neither match unfortunately! The Newcastle match I watched in a pub in Hamburg (great night out!), for the Oxford game it was a bright sunny morning in Adelaide - I’d just heard that we’d equalised and as I was reading the message (not many people had smart phones back then) the phone rang with news that we’d just gone 2-1 up. You might say it set me up for the day nicely!
