Clark was on the right of a front three with Wells and Alli in the first half, with only Saville and Walsh centre mid.

Second half he came back into midfield with Alli and Wells as a front two and we looked more solid, but still no more creative.

I think the manager hasn't decided what formation we should play or what position will get the best out of Alli, and the answer to the second question might end up giving an answer to the first.
