    -Double relegation

    -Poor communication, which is important no matter who wants to play PR and comms down. Transparency was a key pillar in the 2020 strategy

    -An ok transfer window but one that still leaves us short of wingbacks and a centre forward or two 4 days before the start of the season

    -Local journos now seemingly being 'leant on'

    -Lack of a replacement strategy for the original, excellent 2020 Vision. That document united fans and gave a clear picture of what the aims and objectives were, short, mid and long term

    I don't think they're small details

    The club (2020) have enjoyed overwhelming support for the vast majority of their time. When we were stuck in non-league, although anxiety was going through the roof, the club basically enjoyed unconditional support and goodwill. Why? One of the major reasons was because the comms was pretty good in those early days of their reign and we knew we were in a bad way, financially, in those days

    Let's also remember that the fans have always stepped up to help the club on everything to do with the stadium. As soon as the club asked us to do something, we did. The activism and energy the fans generated to ensure that thing finally got planning permission was crucial. Fans and club were in perfect alignment

    The last 12-18 months is the flip side to running a football club. You could argue (and probably rightly) that if we were sat here looking forward to a 3rd season in the Prem (or, at least, another season in the C'ship), none of this would matter. But if my uncle had a fanny, he'd be my aunt

    No-one is calling "2020 out" or anything like that. Just for things to improve and to give fans an idea of what the club intends to do for the next few years besides building the new ground

    PC progress is great. The rest, not so much
